Biography
Dr. Hari Chandan is is a Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Department of Engineering and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University. His work focuses on developing techno-economic models for chemical looping CO2 capture technology. In his PhD, he worked on techno-economic and emissions evaluation of coal-to-liquids plants under carbon constraints. Hari holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a MS in Energy Systems Engineering. He is interested in pursuing a research career dealing with issues related to energy and the environment.
