Biography
Erin Miller (RECS 2010) is a Graduate Student at The Jackson School of Geology at The University of Texas at Austin and is a Research Assistant at the Bureau of Economic Geology's Gulf Coast Carbon Center where she is working on the DOE funded Gulf Coast Miocene Sequestration Project. Erin received her bachelors degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. Her main interests lie in improving efficiency factor calculations, capacity calculation theory, and better understanding trapping mechanism behavior for geologic carbon storage. She has worked on a variety of projects from EOR development in the industry, to capacity calculation for LCRA.
